A tool, not a professional

APEX is a tool to assist with fitness tracking. It is not a replacement for a certified personal trainer, registered dietitian, physician, or any other qualified professional, and it does not provide medical advice. Always seek professional guidance before starting a new training or nutrition program.

Health and safety

You use APEX and engage in any related physical activity at your own risk. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms, stop and consult a medical professional.

AI Coach disclaimer

AI-generated insights, programs, recipes, and meal plans are for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, and do not constitute professional fitness or medical advice. Use your own judgment and consult a professional before acting on them.

Accounts and your responsibility

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the accuracy of the data you log; calculations and insights are only as reliable as the information you enter. You must be at least 16 years old to use APEX.

Subscriptions

APEX Pro is an optional subscription billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

No guarantee of results

APEX does not guarantee any specific fitness, weight, or health outcome. Results depend on many factors outside the app's control.

Service & liability

APEX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from your use of the app. Keep your account synced so your data can be restored.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
